First change being that I now live in the wonderful Phoenix, Arizona. I left my sack of crap home and head out west to do a little colleging. IT's been good so far, but I've realized that I'm more and more opening up to my creativity. Which is good and whatnot.
A lot of it has to do with actually being happy for the first time in a while. I met a guy that I'm now dating, Tony. He's an excellent guy and I've come to really enjoy his presence and appreciate the things he provides for me. I also have a great paying job at which I have to do next to nothing.
Sometime next month I'm getting a new digital camera. It'll be nice to have it back, especially in such a beautiful place. I also have more of an opportunity to go out and be places, especially at night ( Which is good, it's way too incredibly hot here to care about going out during the day).
I have a few projects going on. Right now I'm on a leave of absence from school. So hopefully I'll be getting some first and second drafts up. Get some input from you all and see what things I'm going to continue and which ones I will put on the back shelf.
1. Silent in Phoenix - Group of song lyrics, hopefully for a CD that should be put out somewhere in teh next 3-4 years. (Yea I know that that's a long ways off seemably, but I still have to graduate and then I have to track down the people of my band, or make a new one)
2. Mind Poision - A book that I don't know how far I'm going to take that. I have up to chapter 6 in first draft, on paper though. So, that has to be typed up. I'll be hoping to put at least one chapter up every two weeks, and after that, one every three weeks.
3. Watercolors - nothing special about this, I've just started working on my watercolors. OF course, I don't ahve a way to scan this, so I'll have to wait until I get the digital camera to actually post these.
4. Free hand Still life - A selection of drawings and sketches of select moments in time. For the most part, these are starting to be of Tony. But, some of it is still shots from movies that I've had way too much time to watch.
5. 17 years - A comic that I'm developing based on my experiences and the experiences of others involving Pre-College teens and their parents and the seemingly crazy things that happen - or don't. Slightly funny. Slightly philosophical. 100% out of the ordinary.
6. Haiku Haven - Yep, that's right. Haikus. Lots of 'em. About anything. They're random, and peculiar.
7. Poetry Corner - Poems of random styles. Just trying to push my poetic development. This is probably the one you'll see the most of.
So, seems like a lot of stuff, right? Eh. I have only to work 8 hours a day. Other than that I have several hours to just sit up and do nothing, so I figured I would put my time to use. I will definately update at least once a week.
Hopefully I get a lot of feed back. Fairly big site. You're all more then welcome to offer suggestions, give reviews, corrections, etc. Let's see if I can get this stuff off the ground and keep up with myself.
Welp, talk to ya later. Ciao.

I'm working on being back, but don't count on it.
